I knew it. It’s HOT outside, the proofing went according to plan. The first rise, well not so good. I kept going. The second rise….not so good. Slash three times. Bake. Try again another time.

Sorry this did not work out for you. Don’t feel bad that it turned out flat – I’m thinking this is supposed to be some sort of flat bread… My picture makes it look bigger than it was and what I was expecting it to be. It was tasty though.
