Three berry free form crusty galette scented with thyme.

It’s Tuesday, and the very berry galette is a week late. Hey, I’ve been busy.
Galette, a rustic pie, free-form and easy for the summer. Of course loving blueberries, added to the galette trio: blue, black and raspberry.

Oh, and since sprigs of thyme was just sitting in the fridge, out it came and leaves were scattered over the berries with a drizzle of honey. Nice herbal touch.
